I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio and love what I do! I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Kent State University and continued at Kent State University to receive my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I have been providing individual mental health counseling services since 2018. I have spent time creating and implementing group work. I am passionate about grief and loss counseling and attend specialized trainings to improve my knowledge to help my clients who are experiencing a loss of any kind. My other areas of focus include anxiety, stress and worry counseling; depression and hopelessness counseling; life transitions counseling; loneliness counseling; and relationship counseling.

I am trained to provide mental health diagnoses which can aid in treatment, but I do not prescribe medication.

I leave work each day knowing that I was able to listen, support, and make a difference in my client’s lives and I will never take that for granted. I practice from a Solution Focused approach and I also implement Cognitive Behavior techniques.
